By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to act on behalf of a business entity

CarJiffy provides a digital platform and tools designed to support car dealerships in generating, managing, and converting customer leads, as well as improving their online presence and sales processes.

Services may include:

  • Demo access to platform features

  • Lead generation tools

  • CRM or customer management features

  • Marketing and sales optimization tools

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Demo Requests and Sales Process

By submitting a demo request or inquiry:

  • You consent to be contacted by CarJiffy via email, phone, or other provided contact methods

  • You acknowledge that submission does not guarantee access to the Service

CarJiffy reserves the right to accept or decline any request for demos or service access at its sole discretion.

4. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete business information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

CarJiffy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans and Fees

If you purchase a CarJiffy plan:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in your agreement or pricing plan

  • Fees may be billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually)

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

6. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service solely for legitimate business purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the platform to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful practices

  • Misuse or improperly handle consumer data obtained through the platform

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

7. Leads and Data

CarJiffy may provide access to customer leads or data through the platform.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Lead quality, accuracy, and conversion are not guaranteed

  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy and marketing laws (including CASL and other relevant regulations)

  • You will not misuse, resell, or improperly distribute lead data

CarJiffy is not liable for the outcome of any sales or business generated through the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through CarJiffy are the property of CarJiffy or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the platform or its content

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

9. Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared during demos, onboarding, or use of the Service is considered confidential.

You agree not to disclose or use such information for any purpose other than evaluating or using CarJiffy services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarJiffy shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Any outcomes related to lead generation or sales performance

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarJiffy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your handling of customer or lead data

12. Termination

CarJiffy may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • You fail to make required payments

  • We determine your use poses a risk to the platform or other users

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law
