CarJiffy offers SMS text messaging so we can stay in touch with you about things like appointment reminders, order updates, and account notifications. When you opt in — by submitting a form on our site, texting us, or checking the SMS consent box — we collect your mobile number, your name, and a record of your consent (the date, time, and how you gave it). We use that information only to send you the messages you signed up for and to keep a record that you agreed to receive them. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your consent to receive texts from CarJiffy is never shared with anyone outside the service providers who help us deliver those messages on our behalf. You can opt out any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.
